Develop strategy and execution plan for Consumer Segment targeted marketing at global level. Co-work with internal/external technical teams to implement the strategy/plan. Responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, define, implement and collect related campaign metrics. Evaluate effectiveness of online marketing campaigns initiatives

Desired Education, Experiences & Skills:
• Must have Bachelor degree in Marketing, eCommerce or MIS fields. MBA/MIS dual degree is preferred.
• 8 years overall working experience, with at least 3 years direct related experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in targeted marketing concept, practice and execution.
• Strong knowledge and experience in database/data warehousing/data mining tool and implementation/execution
• Team player with good communication skill and experience with cross-functional international teams.
• Strong execution capability
• Experience on software industry
• International/cross culture working experience
