Hello, Andyliuteacher
Have you revolutionized your schedule yet?
If not, here's a tip to help you out...
Today's Time Management Strategy: Journal Your Work
If you listened to the teleseminar, one of the things we discussed
was the importance of being able to SEE what you're actually doing.
When we're in time debt, we're usually either trying to do more
than we can get done or we're losing substantial chunks of time
unawares (or both). When you're tracking your work, you are able
to see things that you couldn't see before. (You'll also see
things you knew to be true!)
There's an old saying, "What gets measured gets managed."
This is true even when what you're measuring is you!
I can hear your question, "How should I go about doing this?"
If you're not used to journaling/tracking your time, I recommend
using a spreadsheet to do this at first. This gives you an easy
way to put your times and activities into a grid so that you can
see them.
By the way, my partner Jeff Timpanaro & recently GAVE AWAY a
highly-customized spreadsheet to those who attended our training event in Houston.
We also be showed trainees some highly effective ways to track and
measure how they're spending their time without spending a lot of time on
the tracking part!
Watch your mailbox in the next few days to learn about how you can get your
hands on the audio recordings from this highly-recommended event! You can learn
more about the event at www.TimeDebtEvent.com !
Here's to new levels of productivity!
